The "Search the Formulary" feature has been replaced with the "Drug Lookup" tool. To access this new tool, you will need to login to the myinformedrx.com secure member website. If you have not previously registered at myinformedrx.com, you will have the opportunity to do so on the login page.

Note: If you previously registered with mynmhc.com, you may access this site using your existing mynmhc.com log in and password.
