An Important Note About the Reference-Based Pricing Program

To help ease your transition into this program, the EUTF has extended the grace period for this program to December 31, 2009. Therefore, if you are taking a drug that is impacted by this program, you will not experience a change in your co-pay during this grace period.

To avoid paying a higher out-of-pocket co-payment for Non-Preferred medication, you may want to speak with your physician now to determine if a Preferred medication is appropriate for your treatment. If not, you will pay a higher co-payment beginning January 1, 2010.
